This is a Bad situation for all exposed to the Rad. Now included, for the 20th Week of 2018 just passed, all cities above 20 Million CPM [27] Year to Date [YTD] of deadly Gamma Radiation.

“Residents of St Petersburg, near Leningrad, in Russia were frightened December 18, 2015 by large quantities of radioactive steam venting from Reactor No 2 at the four reactor complex.
