Yo! What makes the alphabet agencies think something happened circa May 11, 2011 that would cause them to suggest the radioactive isotopes stopped spewing out of the FUKUSHIMA multiple reactors in meltdown or that at least ‘the dangerous and/or weaker ones stopped spewing’?!!!
